Mission

Our Mission

One Twenty Seven exists for one reason: to bring justice to the frontlines by turning every cup of coffee into an act of resistance against human trafficking and child exploitation.

We partner with trusted, frontline organizations—ministries, community-led initiatives, and global nonprofits—who are rescuing the exploited, restoring the broken, and preventing future abuse. These teams often work in the shadows, underfunded and overlooked, yet they show up every day to carry hope into the darkest places. Every dollar of profit from your purchase directly supports these sustainable, long-term efforts to protect the vulnerable and rebuild lives.

We’re equally relentless about our supply chain. Our coffee is sourced with zero tolerance for exploitation—direct from farms that uphold fair labor, traceability, and human dignity at every step. No shortcuts. No compromise.

We know child exploitation is difficult to talk about. It should be. It’s horrifying. It’s unthinkable. But silence empowers abusers. That’s why we speak. That’s why we brew. That’s why you’re here. Together, with clarity and compassion, we can change the story.

“Behold, children are an inheritance from יהוה (YHWH),
The fruit of the womb is the reward.”
Tehillim (Psalms) 127:3, ISR

A Note from Austin, Founder of One Twenty Seven Coffee

Thank you—for choosing more than coffee.

We started One Twenty Seven because we believe your morning ritual can carry eternal weight. Every cup is a chance to stand against injustice, to say that children matter, and to send real support to those doing the hardest work.

When you buy from us, you’re not just getting great coffee. You’re joining a mission. One that’s bold, urgent, and full of hope.

We’re honored to have you with us.
