We focus on mostly organically farmed or small-holder sourced beans, careful cup-stability control, and precise roast timing. The goal is simple: a coffee that tastes intentional, not accidental.
Expect a light-medium roast with dark chocolate, maple, and plum-like fruit cues. In the cup, look for chocolate, balanced sweetness, and a clean finish.
